Reverse Engineering


Reverse Engineering makes it possible to obtain 3D CAD models, directly from a specific part. Depending on the parts and customer specifications, we use an anthropomorphic arm or optical scanner to read the surfaces and create the 3D model. Our DESIGN & ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT provides support services to customers for the design and processing of 3D models.

3D Design


The experience gained in the various technologies (thermoplastics, thermal-hardening and composites), from the design of the part to series moulding of products, allows us to provide every customer with the best support throughout the entire development process starting from the initial design drafts.

3D printing - Rapid prototyping


Speed and precision: this is what rapid prototyping offers for the production of samples and prototypes. It is possible to verify each single step and also process complex geometries, which prove difficult to achieve using conventional production methods.

CNC milled parts for prototypes


Thanks to our state-of-the-art machines we provide a high precision milling service. We support our customers with a total of 14 x 3 and 5-axis milling machines during both prototype and series production. Maintaining tolerances and cutting costs are a priority for our entire team.

Mould design & engineering


We are able to combine the demands of our customers (timing, materials and costs), to propose and produce a variety of moulds in different materials (aluminium, steel, resins). This allow us to work with complete confidence in terms of tolerances and performance.

Mould construction


Thanks to our fleet of machinery and network of long-standing suppliers , we supply moulds to our customers for all possible technologies. Some examples include: thermoplastic injection moulds , injection moulds for rubber, moulds for polyurethane, moulds for composites, moulds for thermal-hardening materials. We can test any characteristic of our moulds: vacuum, thermoregulation circuits, movements, hydraulic parts, pneumatic parts, etc.

Injection moulding of prototypes


Our mission is to recreate the same results required for series produced parts. Our technical office is able to respond to all customer demands, from the design of the part to the construction of the mould and the actual moulding of the part.

Injection moulding of small and medium series production


The injection molding of small / medium series allows you to flexibly cover the annual requirement of injection molded parts. Thanks to the many years of experience on our high quality molds, it is possible to produce over 50,000 molded pieces, eliminating the costly production of a series mold. The use of multiple aluminum molds is economically advantageous compared to the use of a steel series mold.
